I dont see this ever happening at 50% unemployment most governments would collapse and be over thrown, Remember Governments make money from taxes at those rates of unemployment they wouldn't be able to pay for weapons or to maintain a military to keep control and Then all those pretty AI data centers would burn. A global ban on AI would occur.
