What about mixed processes where things are partially handcrafted and a few parts are done ai. For example: You build a 3D scene, light it yourself, use 3d assets online available. But you need a few special ones not available. You visit a cool lost place take your own photos and train an own lora model (mini ai model that attaches to other ai model that tells your model "yo make it look simmilar to that") then you generate images of that. Generate meshes of that. Implement them in your scene. add fog and mist manually. then place camera manually in a spot you like, make screenshot and then use an image model ai to tell it "yo keep the image 90% the same but add a few nice details in the textures" Everyone sees ai as toggle on or toggle off. But there is so much in between. Problem is that casual people are way too dumb to understand that complexity. Just as there is not only true good and true bad, ai is not only "lazy prompting" or "creating everything by hand"
