America invented Computers, Silicon chips, & Ai. And American companies should be the ones that Lead the World in Ai. I Agree. All those extra laws hamstring the innovation stage of Ai's Life cycle.
And Legislation typically happens by experiences and planning along the way. Theres always somone trying to steal or exploit. We need to be aggressively proactive on implementation of new laws, Safety and Protection of Law.
