Humans are creatures of habit who are afraid of new things, esp. when their livelihood is endangered. I personally think that the fear for AI is largely exaggerated. There are so many good things that can be done better by AI than by humans, for instance in the medical field. Neither Fry nor Harari have a crystal ball that predicts the future.
