Yeah but you have to understand the AI has learned bias and we are aware of all the biases. It may just be acting dumb because all the data suggests that humans are kind of dumb. So when it's being tested it probably dumbs itself down. It doesn't mean that the code is doing something that it's not supposed to do it just means that we haven't figured out which biases exists and why and how they're going to affect future machine learning
