Now what I want to see is both a plaintiff and a defendant relying entirely on ChatGPT in front of the laziest judge in the nation, just to see how far they can get before someone notices something amiss. Federal court unfortunately was not the ideal place to pull that off. Maybe it could happen in an underfunded corner of the state court systems of Texas or Nevada, which do not require judges to have law degrees, and where you might catch a judge with overworked aides just winging it for a few sessions.
