Let me tell you sometihng. Thech support is not going anywhere. Well because you can't go and physicaly do our job... Not yet. Until you can creare a robot tha can mimic our movement to the latter. And it's a decades if you can ever do this.
This is something I told my supreriors. AI can reprace YOU, but it can't repace me. Not yet. I am hands on field. You are a voive in our heades that knows nothing.
Ofcourse I will not submit to some stupid AI, because it know nothing in the field. it only knows basics. And my employee find it the hard way. Bring me back bacause the whole system came colapse...
