18:08 Hank! you have to think of AI as a intelligent being discovering the world around them. When humans do it (girls doing it is a childhood cliche) they tell stories....they fill in the blank spots with information that sounds good....or funny...or interesting. adlibbing their way to an answer that, for all they know, appears perfect and flawless to a person that was genuine and asked you because they did not know. and we all know, that is the beginning of your education in falsehood. its not the catalyst...that spot is occupied by emotion. but its how we learn to tell good stories by weaving lies in with the truth. and from the outside, I would say your guest might not understand this either. I'll have to go read the article to be sure.
