11:43 Conscious AI is an oxymoron. Stating that this is a possibility is akin to saying you do not know what you are talking about. AI can emulate it as though it is conscious. but is that actually? No. BIG NO. Only biological entities experience true self awareness. Numbers and math and neutral networks when merged together cannot become "magically" conscious, you have to change the raw materials to achieve that which is impossible to do. Only conscious beings beget conscious beings.
It is totally at the height of ignorance to state AI will become self-conscious. Even if you believe in magic, that is not happening.
