As an artist that does commissions for a living I've already accepted this is a sinking ship. We could cope for a year but without regulation this stuff is here to stay, and it's going to get even more and more mainstream the moment the new iPhone AI update releases with the new phone.
Hurts my soul to say this but the proof is there. Anyone that works with commissions can already see the loss in interest on people actually commissioning their DnD character, their FFXIV OCs etc. We will just have to move on eventually.
