What if I'm using AI to help me plan? I tell it my current situation and goal, and ask it what's the best approach out of multiple ideas I have, then use that as a basic structure for my plan? I feel like that helps me be very efficient with my time but at the same time I can't help but feel that I'm damaging my own skill of coming up with ideas from scratch.
