While nightshade seems great and it's totally fine to "poison" your art posts on socials, beware of uploading them to the AI services themselves. Many of the TOS forms you click through at sign up have policies you agree to when making an account that may have you taking liability or being charged a penalty for "engaging in malicious activity". Consult your lawyers kids!
