The way medicine is structured, with set areas, regulation and demarcation for billing has nothing to do with the system which is emerging.
In programming, app or web development, free market principals allow anyone to capitalise in any area of the emerging system they are able to exploit.
That is the natural order of things.
The power of new technology is dynamic and its relationship to medicine should be thought through wisely.
