This all just stems to laziness, inability to take constructive criticisms (probably because they can't make those themselves like just providing insults and think its criticism = this art has low value), insecurity, and lack of confidence to even start. Its not just art, anything can be affected with this kind of mindset if there is an AI counterpart to that activity.
