Anthropomorphising an AI just doesn't sit well with me.
I can see why it happens, you hear a voice that speaks coherently.
But keep in mind that it is fed on vetted data that you've given it.
AI therapists are less like therapists, who are sworn to secrecy, and more like your local gossip group that takes your session and shares it with anyone who asks.
