he is talking about conscious which is inherent in every human, when they are born. every small kid knows when they lie or steal. However, when that kid grows up an adult, he or she is sent out in a war, to kill, lie and steal. However, this adult comes back, find himself or herself regretting of all this, and can change. This is the make up of a human, which no other creatures has, even a super AI will have in the future. End of the day, AI is made of 1 and 0s. And humans are not merely DNA and RNA, because all other creatures also have them. But conscious and morality only human possess them, and no other creatures have them.
