There's speculation that the recent attack on a school next to a military base in Iran was caused by a mistake by Anthropic's AI. It's worth noting that AIs are at their greatest risk of confident hallucination when they enter a situation where their training lacks depth. It's also worth noting that warfare is absolutely filled with novel situations and incomplete information.
