first of all, you can't steal digial art. you can steal credit for art..
secondly, you can't profit from AI. whatever program he's using, anyone can use it. at best you can charge people for your computer's processing time, which is fine. Anyone paying money for it is ten times as big a problem as the guy who 'stole art'
