"AI learning = Human learning" is a claim that only people with no academic background in machine learning and AI can confidently make. While getting my bioengineering degree I have tested ML algorithms like ADMM on reducing noise on MRI images and it doesn't really compare in my experience.
In terms of hardware, CMOS chips and memory transistors are still not on par with the complexity of a neuron. In terms of software, machine learning algorithms are not like how the human brain learns and gains experience because we still don't know how it all works.
