Nothing wrong with autonomous weaponry when used against a foe. If it glitches out and kills a few enemy civilians then so be it, a few deaths amongst the countless population of earth is no real big deal. Plus minimizing the death to ones own country is paramount during war, we fight to win and kill the enemy to to capture hearts and minds of the local populace and if autonomous weaponry goes with that then so be it.
