All the evidence he says can be looked at differently. What if someone stole the drive, he looked everywhere in a panic, couldn’t find it, then decided openai will go after him endlessly since he has no evidence anymore, shoots himself to avoid openai, realises he missed and crawls to the bathroom in a panic
