I would say that AI art can convey emotions as much as art made by a person could. The fact is Art is not meant to be perfectly placed and designed with minimal details. Like, developing details, emotions and, like play with human's mind and feelings is indeed a form of art. But Art is not only that. Art can be anything, like, designed by a AI, by a person or just generated naturally and captured by someone with a camera. There's so many ways to enjoy art... Maybe someday a IA can bring to you the same feeling as your favorite artist brings to you. Not because it have a soul behind it. Even if not planned, not done by hands or even if it don't have a soul behind it... You have a soul. You can enjoy art wherever it comes from, because your eyes, ears, your mind makes you conceive the conception of art. It's true, IA Art is boring. Without a human to see it, AI doesn't generate art, just images. Without the concept of art having been created before by human, AI would only create images as well. Maybe you don't enjoy AI art by the simple fact that is not done by a person, but at this level, you can't even say for sure anymore... In my opinion, Art is Art, even if it is AI generated or not. You can take inspiration from reality and can see reality as a Art. That also can be done about AI.
