AI art is not theft. Because theft require the rightful owner of "thing" (image in this case) to lose access to "thing" and that the thief instead gains access to "thing".
No artist lost access to their artwork because of its use in AI training.
If you truly believe that AI art is theft, go ahead and report it as theft to the police since theft is a crime.
