Seems your issue is less about AI and more about, you know, plagiarism, lying, etc.
I can't imagine caring about using AI to say, provide images of what a building might look like once finished by an architect.
It's a tool. Use it responsibly.
Having had some fun with stable diffusion and the like the issue seems to be about getting A good image if you don't care too much. That's incredibly easy.
The hard thing is getting the image you want exactly.
Now for me this is just a fun thing to do on the side.(I'm in finance). But I imagine architects and people in sales are incredibly eager to get, yes, good at this, to be able to use it for work purposes.
