There will never be an ethical Ai; even if all the data it was trained on was public source. Someone would still have label all the data, underpaid and overworked, constantly and the resource cost is too great (see google ai and the water cost off one search). There can never be an ethical Ai because the inherit nature of Ai is extractionary
