So when someone is locked up, they’re going to use A.I. as their lawyer? How exactly will that work? Will A.I. gather evidence, cite case law, issue subpoenas, negotiate with opposing counsel, and represent clients in trials…? How much will this virtual service cost and will A.I. visit clients in jail and accept their phone calls? That’s just one area of the law.
