Nationalize it. Put its use up to a vote. Take ALL the profits and fund homes and schools and hospitals for everyone. It's a five trillion dollar black hole in the US GDP held up by nothing, so at least if you're going to invent money with magic you can stop giving it to conartists and pirates.
If you can do UBI, you can also just seize control of all of the AI and give it to the voters, or remove any patents applying to AI and let everyone revolutionize it for free.
