Looking at this podcast, and thinking about Geoffrey's responses I realised, he does not feel responsible or guilty, nor should he. But there is something a little more here: Geoffrey feels proud. He looks excited about all the terrible things he is describing. He doesn't seem like a guy who is legitimately 'warning' people. He is excited about the turmoil that AI might cause to humanity.
