Because computers and AI run off math, equations, and algorithms. A mathematically "perfect" house for example would be a cube because of it's structural and construction efficient shape, and it would have oddly placed windows that maximize optimum light with equally strange rooms sized to match average occupancy load. It would be mostly unlivable. As long as humans live in buildings, only another human will be able to understand the complexities that humans require for livability.
