The idea that AI is "taking over human jobs", is it really because AI is better or is it more about humans struggling to adapt? Lets be real here, AI is often used not just for being more efficient but also cause it's cheaper. Losing a job to AI doesn’t mean it’s smarter, it’s just more cost effective. The solution is simple tho, be open to roles with lower pay if needed, but this isn't something for the long term. At the same time, we need to learn new skills, take on more responsiblites, and become more productive to make it harder for AI to replace us. Use AI as a tool to boost your work. Understand how it works and what it’s good at, and use that to work together. I mean, AI should be seen as a helper, not a threat. Also why do so many people prefer the safety of a job rather than trying to make a business? Are they don't have enough money to make a business? (well, you could always borrow money from others if you're confident in your business) are they afraid to risk everything on their own business? Or maybe not confident enough in themselves to make a business ? To fix this we need to stay positive, see change as a chance to grow, and work with governments, companies, and communities to adjust to the AI world. We really should focus on upgrading our skills to stay relevant. With the right mindset, we can adapt to AI, use it for growth, both personally and for society.
