Correct up-to-date interview would be:
1. Submit an implementation of XYZ. You can use AI.
2. Call the person to an in-person interview and tell them to change something in their submitted project - without AI.
Because when code breaks in production - you don't want to be prompting your way out of it. You want zero friction zero time resolution for the customer not to dump you for your competition.
