I can't hate on ai powered paperwork for cops. I just think no matter how good the ai gets. It should always be confirmed through other sources. Every report should be reviewed by the officer and then submitted. As for the identity and guns thing. I'm behind it but again. Nobody should be blindly trusting these things anymore then blindly trusting an anonymous tip. It's a well known fact ai occasionally just lies. Much like the idiots reporting nonsense to cops. In saying all that. I hate ai. Or more accurately the current state of it. It doesn't exist. Ai is a thing we have yet to make we've only made a super complicated SQL front end query system. It doesn't think. It responds. No smarter than a bacteria. But those bacteria have had billions of years to develop into the form they have today. Ai has potential. But it has no more potential in its current form than any other form of software. It's over hyped to the sky. It's cool though. But if your familiar with how computers work, or how I bodies work.
