My concern is the consequences of the its use by the exchange markets (Wall Street, et al). If, say, Black Rock allows its own AI actor to influence global conditions so that it would exact the highest profits it might pose a real existential problem. Unless of course there's something more profitable than war.
But they wouldn't do that.
