The way it works it wouldn't really be able to credit. Maybe if you input someone specific style the person posting can add credits. It also costs money since it is very resource intensive. You can run it on your own PC if you have a beefy enough GPU. Sites and apps that sell the service of AI art generation are running on a lot better and very expensive hardware.
So, selling the service of generation is not necessarily a bad thing, but selling generation of their specifically trained model that is based on stolen work is pretty stupid. Even NovelAI stole code from Automatic1111 and claimed he stole their code. Caused a big drama in the SD community.
Personally, i think a company should train an AI based royalty free images and paying artist to provide images specifically for training. It would cost a lot to artist to provide many images to make their model better. Then they can sell that service to generate non stolen art generations to businesses to generate art for their commercial uses.
