Ok. To put AI art into another perspective on why it is unethical.
If I make a music track that is filled to the brim with obvious samples and copy and pasted parts of other songs, or if make a collage of pictures that are pictures of other people's work, sure it is a little bit transformative, but it still contains their work and it is not mine. AI art is the same as that.
