Let's not blame AI on this. This is a scapegoat. Corporate Greed is what is responsible for this. Qualified people are being overlooked for a variety of reasons, and those that are in, are having more worked piled upon them with no financial gain. And the sad reality is that most companies know they can get away with it, because EVERYONE is doing it and the leverage of, I can just go somewhere else, has dwindled immensely.
