Most of this just sounds like false advertising and hyping up their own product by putting it behind a veil of techno mysticism on the AI companies' side and too much dramatization on this video maker's side. AI can't ever beat us in efficiency nor logistic. They currently rely on the globalized economy and a stupid amount of power and capital to even exist and train where as us human got everything we need to survive, from self-replicating self propagating, self fixing machines that doesn't even need our input most of the time. I doubt the AI could ever get close to the tech required to make self-replicating atom scale nano machines. Keep in mind the chips we make are still larger than the dna by far and have increasing failure rate the smaller we make them while the dna is replicated with such precision that the chip makers woukd kill for, untold number of times per day. We are essentially a sophisticated lump of the most advanced and robust nano machines that can reproduce in a decentralized way. Since AI will need factories to make them bodies, they can never win in a hypothetical war without weapons of mass destruction involved.
