Technically, the "AI bros" ARE disabled artists. They are artists without ability, so technially, they ARE disabled, and have much more right to speak on the issue than the woman with M.D. who DOES have artistic ability. When you break it down, these guys are the ones without ability, both you and her are being ableist to them. Personally, I can use almost any medium, and I can copy nearly any style. Most artists can. We might look at 50 other artworks to glean inspiration and study technique. How is that any different from AI "scraping" for inspiration? You may not like it (and I don't either), but we can't prevent people from expressing themselves artistically just because they've finally found a medium that works for them. 🤷‍♂
