What these conversations always seem to miss is that the transition from where we are today to super AI won't be instantaneous. They'll be a long period of time where some human jobs will be essential, and many other jobs will no longer exist. So we can't switch to a "socialist" approach in a simple way. Some people must still have the incentive to work while many others won't be able to contribute anything valuable. How do we deal with this? I am guessing this transition could last 30 or 40 years. Thus in, say, 40 years no human will be needed to work.
