If they had to pay them the same as in a western country, then why would the companies bother to go overseas to hire? The companies don't force them to take the job do they? Work somewhere else if they don't like it. The vast majority of people don't have ideal jobs that they love doing with great conditions. As my Dad used to say, "welcome to the real world".
