Maybe UBI can be funded by the AI agents TAX. For every agent physical or not needs to be tracked and a tax applied to them at a rate that can support UBI.
I have no idea how it could be enforced or tracked but we only have problems with no solutions at the moment. This is coming, and we are not prepared for it.
