the easy cases are easy. if you just punch a sentence into midjourney, tell it to generate, and call it a day, that's one thing.. but I use some stable diffusion as part of my workflow, and after all the hours of additional photoshop layering and filtering and cutting and modifying and painting over etc by hand, none of the AI generated material is visible or identifiable in the finished product. it's a nice tool to have, and I use it to some small extent in all my work, but it doesn't contribute to levelling up my ability to create the end product nearly as much as other tools like my graphics tablet or everything I can do in photoshop..
