It's a bastardization of the idea of art, all backed by unapologetic theft. The "art" in question is ugly, soulless, and is of no value to culture because it (the AI "art") wasn't made with love, passion, care, anything of the sort. It is absent of the human element, and therefore, cannot be contributive to culture in any measurably positive manner. The most that AI "art" has done for culture is spark a discussion, and that's it. It has stolen countless creative jobs from people by existing as a low-cost alternative to hire an actual artist, it hurts the environment in a real and impactful way, it's been driving up the cost of utilities for communities that have to endure such a remora of a locust, causing for local businesses to close more often every week, and so much more. AI "art" is garbage rapist propaganda that we are being forcefed by people who should be chained to a radiator in a basement and forgotten about by all of existence. I don't care that you enjoyed an AI "art" thing. Your enjoyment means about as much as a fat bastard that felt good about the vibrations from his most recent fart and burp.
