a lot of the art community on twitter sounds like horse sellers after cars got invented to be honest.
I sympathize, but history has shown innumerable times that you can't stop progress by being mad or restricting it.
Instead, artists should either focus on using these tools and creating more art faster, always evolving their art, or making art that has the creation process as a valuable part of the end result.
Because no matter how good AI art gets, people are still going to be lazy and artists that know what they are doing in creating, adjusting and modifying AI art will still have a big leg up for quite a while.
