Hm.
!3:05, "Take out of this, any physical labor jobs, for a second..." Everything AI can't do, and some of the things it can do, are physical labor. An automated loom can weave fabric. Machines can cut, fold, and sew. collecting hemp, cotton, or hair can be done by machine. Preparing split bamboo and weaving baskets is a little more complicated. Silk from cocoons is a little trickier, but there is the spider silk option, and as a protein, it can be prepared like nylon. Properly hydrated clay can be injected into a mold. There are 3-D printers for cement and adobe. AI can't come up with anything new without a related reference, yet. Natural disasters can destroy the infrastructure that AI relies on, but humans with skills can adapt with locally available resources. Everything else, if you can make a tool to do it and automate that tool, or if you can make a video game of it, AI can use that reference to learn how to do it.
