Openness and collaboration? Lol. Do what we say, or else. Bully tactics. China is way ahead in AI. There are alternatives to US tech companies now. Amazon can be replaced. US goods were made in China, so we'll just buy the same goods direct from China. If they are made in America, they would be too expensive, assuming they could get the raw materials needed to make goods (as they have to be imported). Really well thought out policies, not.
