when you guys speak 'muscle' jobs being replaced I'm guessing you're talking about manual labour, physical jobs. Like warehouse, cleaning, public service like plumbing or electrical trade work, stock etc.. I can see Ai taking over admin, office and creative jobs like designer, graphic and illustrator, as it can reduce people needed in offices, and it's already happening. for example for admin / offices calling hr or calling a shop or company you are greeted with a ai / pre recorded person who you must listen and navigate through the touch button features. 1 for this and 2 for that, 3 leave a message or email and so fourth. But manual labour or trade, I don't think we are there just yet unless they have perfected those 'ai robot' which they are fast tracking if you look for it via youtube or other outlets.
I don't think AI can replace all muscle jobs yet, it is concerning though. If they are fast tracking ai & robots.. what do people in the distant future do for work? unemployment is rapidly growing as well as the issue with past, current generation of people unwilling to work or have problems looking for work.
the crazy thing now regarding AI and possible robots.. is that we are here now witnessing the rapid growth of what it is doing and potentially can do for better or for much worse.
