AI will kill itself. With 99% unemployment, the people who invested in AI wanting huge returns will have NO ONE to sell their product too, with no one buying a product, what value does AI bring? Who will pay for the power generation to keep AI alive as the data centres will cost a fortune to keep running, so who will be paying for that with no one working? I think we will see AI rise, boom and bust as people investing will ALWAYS want a return and AI making everyone unemployed = no financial rewards for the investers.
