The brutal truth is In five years, an army of AI agents could run the entire company, including the CEO. Nobody would pay for human labor anymore, as it comes with various complications. Companies can get sued by employees, deal with attitude problems, and face other issues. If AI can do things better and faster, why would anyone opt for the lesser option?
