In 2016 Hinton stated that those who are training to be radiologists should change their specialty. He also stated Radiologists would be replaced in 5 years. The need for radiologists has never been greater. We use AI in radiology as a tool -- and have been for years with CAD in mammography. These AI "Gods" want you to buy the elixir they are selling. 10 years from now we will be wondering whatever happened to the "AI Shangri-La" they promised.
I still drive to work everyday in a standard non-self driving car as well.
